What is Calisthenics?
It offers a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skill, developing strong, confident leaders through friendship and teamwork.
Our performers (ages 3-26yrs+) learn skills that inspire them to take centre stage at competitions, and in life.
Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian artistic and competitive sport. Students work in teams to perform routines choreographed to music. Depending on the age group, students learn between 3 to 6 routines incorporating modified ballet, free exercise, march, singing, dancing and apparatus ALL in the one class.
Calisthenics is a yearly commitment with Classes running from the beginning of February through to October with competitions running from July to October (3-5 competitions)
