Masters

Ages 26yrs+ as of 31st December, 2026

Wednesdays 7.00-10.00pm

Classes starting back Wednesday 4th February 2026

Masters have weekly classes from February through to October and learn 6 items per year - March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Aesthetics and Cal Revue. Currently our Masters compete in 4-5 competitions per year in Division 3 and the end of year showcase.

No Calisthenics experience required

Class Attire and What to bring to class

- Black leotard, black/Flesh coloured tights/leggings with no feet, or shorts.

- Hair is to be neat and tied back

- Drink Bottle
