What is Calisthenics?
It offers a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skill, developing strong, confident leaders through friendship and teamwork.
Our performers learn skills that inspire them to take centre stage at competitions, and in life.
Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian artistic and competitive sport. Students work in teams to perform routines choreographed to music. Depending on the age group, students learn between 4 to 6 routines incorporating modified ballet, free exercise, march, singing, dancing and apparatus ALL in the one class.
